These terms and conditions apply to TownPerks memberships, member offers and use of the TownPerks website. By joining TownPerks or using a member offer, you agree to these terms.

TownPerks offers personal membership options at £4.99 per month or £49.99 per year. Business partner plans are available at £19 per month or £149 per year. Current pricing and membership availability are shown on the TownPerks website.

Membership is personal to the named member and must not be shared, transferred or used by another person. We may ask for reasonable proof of membership before an offer is redeemed.

Each participating business chooses the discount, offer or benefit it makes available to TownPerks members. Businesses may set reasonable conditions for their offer, including eligible products or services, booking requirements, dates, times and availability.

Businesses are responsible for honouring the offer they have published while it is active. They may amend, pause or withdraw an offer by notifying TownPerks, and TownPerks will update the relevant offer details as soon as reasonably possible.

Offers are provided by independent participating businesses and may be subject to their own availability, opening times, booking requirements and terms. Please check the offer details before visiting or making a purchase.

TownPerks does not sell the goods or services offered by participating businesses. Any purchase or agreement is made directly between you and the participating business.

Members must use TownPerks fairly and lawfully. Misuse, including sharing membership access, attempting to alter offer details or behaving abusively towards a participating business, may result in membership being suspended or cancelled.

Participating businesses may refuse an offer where they reasonably believe the membership is invalid, expired or being misused.

Participating businesses and offers can change from time to time. We will aim to keep the website up to date, but cannot guarantee that every offer will always be available.

We may update these terms, membership plans or the TownPerks service when needed. The latest version will always be published on this page.
